The Grande Prairie Police Service is looking for individuals who can help us elevate ourselves to provide high-quality policing response to support the vibrant growing community of Grande Prairie. GPPS invites both Experienced Police Officers and new recruits to join the ranks of Alberta's newest municipal police service.
The GPPS is committed to building a modern, professional, ethical, equitable, and locally accountable police service that enhances public safety within our community. Once fully staffed, the GPPS will be a full spectrum public safety agency with more than 225 personnel consisting of police officers, peace officers, outreach workers, social workers, nurses, and other civilian professionals.
